Forklift Operator

Shift Hours:

• Monday-Thursday 6 am- 4:30 pm
• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Friday-Sunday:
  • Friday: 8am-8:30pm, Saturday-Sunday : 6am-6:30pm

Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach truck counterbalance. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, loaded, and shipped accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up reach truck and electric pallet jack to move, load, and unload materials.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Accurately document inventory movements and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck and electric pallet jack.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required.
