Job Summary
Job Description
Breakfast cooks will work a 4 week on 2 week off schedule, 7 days per week with room and board provided. Candidates will report to the executive chef and camp manager. Breakfast service is buffet style and candidates will need to be comfortable working in a full commercial kitchen. Meal periods are 4 hours in duration beginning at 4:00 am through 8:00 am. Breakfast Cook will provide meals for up to 150 persons daily. Must be able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Candidates must adhere to the highest standard in food quality and kitchen cleanliness/sanitation. Safety practices are a must. Candidates will work with minimal supervision.
