Optometrist

Optometric Physician needed for a busy primary eye care clinic in beautiful Ketchikan, Alaska.  Ketchikan is the service hub for communities in Southern Southeast Alaska and Ketchikan Eye Care Center(KECC) is the only full time eye clinic in the community.  Optometric physicians at KECC are called on daily to provide accurate diagnosis, proper care, and valuable referral assistance for patients and medical practitioners in our area.  

We are looking for an associate comfortable with all aspects of primary care.  TPA and DEA certification necessary.  Interest and/or certification in expanded therapeutic procedures is a plus.  Prior clinical experience helpful , but new graduates are welcome.  The optometric physician must be licensed to practice in Alaska.   Passion and energy about eye care is a must.  For the right candidate future practice purchase is an option.
