How do I redeem my referral credit?
If you’ve received credit because a customer referred you to iHire, your credit will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout whether you purchase online or through our call center.
If you’ve received credit because you referred a first-time customer, your credit will either be automatically applied to your next billing or your next purchase if you don’t currently have an active subscription.
We will notify you via email if you’ve earned referral credit, but you can also check your dashboard (click “Home” from the lefthand navigation). If you have unused referral credit, your total credit amount will be displayed in a green banner at the top of the page.
To learn more about earning referral credit, visit the “Earn $100 per Referral” page from the dropdown under your name in the top right corner.
