- Must hold or be currently enrolled in a Master's Degree Program
- As a Clinical Supervisor you will be responsible for Observation, behavioral skills training, and delivery of performance feedback to behavior therapists.
- Modeling technical, professional, and ethical behavior
- Guiding behavioral case conceptualization, problem-solving, and decision-making repertoires
- Review of written materials (e.g., behavior programs, data sheets, reports)
- Oversight and evaluation of the effects of behavioral service delivery
- Writing progress reports for quarterly and annual for individual clients.
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Providing training to the consumer's family
- Creating a monthly schedule to overlap with staff and clients
- Effectively training staff on using behavior analytic techniques
- Managing a caseload of clients and behavior therapists.
- Meet with a Clinical Manager on a regular basis to receive training on cases on a monthly basis
