1. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings
2. Prepare legal documents such as briefs, subpoenas, and appeals
3. Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Clio
4. Handle client intake and maintain communication with clients
5. Support attorneys in various legal matters including family law, probate and guadianship cases
6. Organize and maintain legal files and documents
7. Assist with document production and litigation support
8. Coordinate with external parties such as court personnel and other law firms
