Are you passionate about creating delicious and visually appealing dishes? Tastes of Bri is seeking a talented Cook to join our team at our location in Cicero, Illinois. If you have a degree in Culinary Arts and experience in menu planning, plate presentation, and various cooking techniques, we want to hear from you!

As a Cook at Tastes of Bri, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals including pasta dishes, soups, seafood, salads, breakfast items, and pastries. You will showcase your knife skills and expertise in broiling, frying, sautéing, and sauce making to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers. 

In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be expected to maintain food quality standards, and accommodate special diets. Your knowledge of portion control and a la carte cooking will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Days Needed: Friday 10am-3pm & Saturday 930am-7pm (close), Sunday 830am-4pm, Monday & Tuesday 9am-3pm

Salary: $34,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
  2. Ensure food quality and taste meets our standards
  3. Manage portion control
  4. Accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
  5. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  6. Ability to provide food service and work under pressure during busy production periods
  7. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
