Ken's Artisan Pizza (KAP) has an opening for a Head Chef with wood-fired oven experience. The restaurant is busy (250+ covers per night, at least 3 full turns per evening), and your kitchen crew gets a significant share of the tips pool, so they are both appreciated and motivated. This position requires a highly knowledgable Chef who has experience working with dough, especially pizza dough and is learned in the art of wood-fired ovens. We are dedicated to local produce, etc. whenever possible.
