Job Description:

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team at Lindi Construction Group Inc. in New York, NY. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from basic interior remodeling to large-scale residential and commercial construction and renovations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction is required, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying scopes and complexities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
• Prepare and submit progress reports
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction. Minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of punch out lists, general construction, blueprints, and construction management
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong contract writing and report generation skills
• Ability to work with concrete, electrical, and engineering specifications
• Experience with cost management, procurement, and logistics
• Driver License
• Fluent in English

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
