Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
• Execute high-quality carpentry work for custom building and remodeling projects.
• Assist the Superintendent in coordinating and overseeing project completion.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, mentor, and support newer carpenters while fostering a positive work environment.
• Uphold and model our company’s core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on carpentry experience.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, installation, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and mentor others.
• Accountability, ownership, and pride in craftsmanship.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic.
