We are currently seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team at our Bartlett location. This is an excellent opportunity for both full-time and part-time optometrists, with the potential for future ownership of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and refractions for patients of all ages (4.5 years and up).
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions such as red eyes, allergies, abrasions, diabetic eye exams, and foreign body removal.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and offer expert advice on eyewear options.
• Work with the latest optometric technologies and equipment.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced, professional team to provide exceptional care and service.
• Educate patients on their eye health and treatment options.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Tennessee state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A passion for providing top-tier patient care.
