Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in high-volume dining establishments.
• Proficiency with knives and adept knife skills.
• Team player attitude with an ability to take direction effectively 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends with an open schedule.
• Adaptability to evolving menus while upholding quality.
• Thrive under pressure and exhibit a sense of urgency.
• Organized approach to tasks and time management.
